Sunday, March 16th, 2003Toasted coconut porter was the recipe that a Japanese guy won Homebrewer of the Year for back in the mid- to late-90s. I think his name was Fujiura. Anyway, his recipe was in Zymurgy back then. Unfortunately all my Zymurgys are scattered between my bookshelf, my bedroom, and my office and I can’t find it right now. I’ll keep looking and get back to you — unless someone else beats me to it. B)
