Chambord Liquor in Beer?
Friday, December 23rd, 2005I am thinking of brewing a light ale, maybe wheat ale for summer - I was considering trying to make about 1/2 into a raspberry wheat beer or something like that for summer - could I just add a small shot of chambord licquor at bottling? I am new to this (about 3 batches, 2 wine, 1 beer) under my belt, so no advice is too mundane.
